Meet Our Team
Creative Director and Cake Designer
Gloria brings elegance and beauty to cakes and desserts of her clients’ wedding and celebration parties. She aims to achieve haute couture in the wedding cake designed for you.
Gloria is also an internationally certified instructor by Wilton and PME. Her attention to detail and excellent teaching skills ensure students’ satisfaction.
Besides her cake adventure, Gloria has worked in banking. She is also a make-up artist, and she loves art, painting and traveling.
General Manager and Chief Instructor
Dave is a multi-award winning cake designer, instructor, and columnist, who loves to create whimsical and elegant cakes, and bring pleasant surprises to his clients and students.
He is an internationally recognized WMI, a PME approved teacher, a senior instructor of SFCA, and a passionate cake decorating and baking instructor with over 10 years of teaching and training experience.
Dave has won a number of major awards in the Australian Cake Decorating Championships, Royal Arts and Crafts Competitions and Art of Cake Competitions. His cakes have been awarded the First Prize of the largest art competition in Australia three times.
He is the runner-up of The Great Australian Bake Off 2018, one of the biggest baking show on TV in Australia.
Dave is also a food and lifestyle columnist of the largest Chinese Australian magazines.
He teaches the making of modern wedding cakes at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu as a guest chef.
Outside the cake world, Dave is a Chartered Accountant who has worked for financial institutions in Australia and Singapore. He is also a marathon runner and a food lover.
